Two subsidiary companies have been established, namely, Composite Asia Co., Ltd. and Poly Meritasia Co., Ltd. for tax benefits. Both companies engage in manufacturing high-density white plastic pellets and physical property additives in the plastic industry.
2012
The Poly Meritasia Company Limited has received investment promotion from the Board of Investment (BOI) and relocated its factory to Bang Poo Industrial Estate, 858 Moo 2, Soi 1C/1, Samut Prakan Province, to accommodate production capacity expansion.
2011
Engaged in purchasing securities of the Stock Exchange of Thailand at a price of 2.89 baht per share, totaling 30,000,000 shares, and increased the registered capital to 145,250,000 baht. Furthermore, initiated the transformation of the company into a public company in order to register the company on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
2008
Engaged in acquiring ordinary shares of Poly Meritasia Co., Ltd. from Nicer Chemical Co., Ltd. and, in September, underwent a name change to Salee Colour Public Company Limited.
2005
Entered into an investment agreement with Nicer Chemical Co., Ltd. to establish Poly Meritasia Co., Ltd. for the production of masterbatches, specializing in filler-type materials.
2003
On August 13th, 2003, Salee Colour Public Company Limited was established through a collaborative investment effort by the management team and employees of the company.
